About the Beach
Diaskari Beach is a very large and quiet beach on the south coast of Crete that feels like a hidden playground because it has big white rocks and even some sea caves that you can explore. The sand is a bit coarse and the water gets deep pretty fast, but it is so big that you can always find a spot to be by yourself away from everyone else. There is only one small restaurant nearby, so it feels very wild and natural, and it is the kind of place where you can spend the whole day just walking along the shore and looking at the cool rock formations.
