About the Beach

Massouri Beach is the most famous and popular coastal destination on Kalymnos, located on the western side of the island directly across from the islet of Telendos. It is a wide, sandy beach that serves as the social heart of the island’s climbing community, offering a stunning panoramic view of the massive limestone cliffs of Telendos rising out of the sea. The water is exceptionally clear and remains relatively shallow near the shore, making it a favorite for both locals and visitors.
