Take the ferry

Getting there by air

Kimolos has no airport. The nearest airport is Milos, which has connections from Athens. Total travel time is around 3 to 4 hours. In Greece, airlines do not operate direct inter island flights.

Your best option

Fly to Milos via Athens and take the short ferry across to Kimolos. It is the most practical approach. If you are travelling with a car, the overnight ferry from Rhodes to Piraeus is the practical choice, then take the ferry from Piraeus to Milos and cross to Kimolos from there.
