About the Beach

Agios Minas Beach is a very popular and pretty beach located on the mainland side just across from the island of Evia, offering a fantastic view of the city of Chalkida and its famous bridges. The beach is sandy with some small stones and the water is usually very warm and calm, which makes it a great place for a quick swim if you are traveling between the island and the rest of Greece. It is surrounded by green trees and many nice houses and cafes, and it has a very lively and friendly atmosphere during the summer weekends when people come to enjoy the sun. It is a very convenient spot to visit because it is so close to the main roads, and the combination of the blue sea and the view of the city makes it a very interesting place to relax for a few hours.
