Getting from Aegina to Kos

Kos has an international airport with connections from Athens. Taking the Saronic ferry from Aegina to Piraeus, the metro to Athens Airport and flying to Kos takes around 1 hour in the air. Total travel time is around 4 to 5 hours and is the most practical approach for most travellers.
