Getting from Paros to Skopelos
If you are heading to Skopelos from Paros you are going to the greenest and most unspoiled of the Sporades, a densely forested island with a Chora of white houses, slate roofs and over 120 churches climbing steeply above the port.
Take the ferry
There is no direct ferry from Paros to Skopelos. The two islands sit in different parts of Greece and are not connected by sea. Getting there means going through Athens first, either by flying or by taking the ferry to Piraeus and then travelling by road to Agios Konstantinos for the Sporades ferry, which takes around 3 to 4 hours to Skopelos.
Getting there by air
Skopelos has no airport. The nearest airport is Skiathos, which has connections from Athens. Flying from Paros to Athens takes around 45 minutes and then Athens to Skiathos takes around 45 minutes, followed by the ferry to Skopelos taking around 1 hour. Total travel time is around 3 to 4 hours.
Your best option
Fly to Skiathos via Athens and take the ferry across to Skopelos. It is the most time efficient approach. If you are travelling with a car, fly to Athens, drive to Agios Konstantinos and take the ferry from there, which gives you a vehicle on the island.
