Getting from Paros to Thessaloniki
If you are heading to Thessaloniki from Paros you are making your way to the second largest city in Greece in the north of the country.
Take the ferry
There is no direct ferry from Paros to Thessaloniki. The two are not connected by sea and the indirect routing via Piraeus and the northern Aegean takes the better part of two days. Flying is the only practical option.
Getting there by air
Both Paros and Thessaloniki have airports. Flying from Paros to Athens takes around 45 minutes and then Athens to Thessaloniki takes around 55 minutes. Total travel time is around 3 to 4 hours.
Your best option
Fly via Athens. It is the only realistic approach. If you are travelling with a car, fly to Athens and drive north via the E75 motorway to Thessaloniki, which takes around 5 to 6 hours.
