About the Beach

Bali Beach is not just one beach but a collection of four different small coves that are hidden inside a big bay surrounded by green mountains which keep the water as flat as a lake almost every day. The village is built on the hillsides, so you have to walk up and down some winding paths to get from one beach to another, but each little bay has its own personality and beautiful clear emerald water. It is a very social and busy place where you can see lots of colorful fishing boats tied up at the pier and people eating lunch at the tavernas that sit right over the water. Because the mountains protect the bay so well, it is almost always calm even when other parts of the island are very windy, making it a perfect spot for floating on a raft or taking a slow boat ride to see the coastline from the sea with your family.
