About the Beach

Rodakino Beach is a group of several different beaches located at the end of a steep and winding road that comes down from a mountain village on the south coast of Crete. The main beach is called Korakas and it has fine pebbles and very deep blue water that is so clear you can see all the way to the bottom even when you are far from the shore. It is a very quiet and peaceful place where there are no big crowds or noisy music, just a few small rooms to stay in and some trees for shade, making it a perfect spot if you want to see what the island felt like a long time ago.
